Myo-Yin Yoga

Myo-Yin combines the two modalities of Myofascial release and Yin Yoga. Myofascial release uses props such as massage balls with various Myofascial release techniques that allow the deep release of tissue tension. Paired with Yin yoga complementing through long gentle holds, allowing the body to relax, balance and reset. Feel increased circulation, ease and reset after this practice. All levels welcomed.
